POLICIES
A $40 non-refundable deposit is required for all nail and lash appointments and a $25 deposit for tooth gem appointments.
Deposit must be sent through e-transfer to: darklightnailstudio@gmail.com
Please ensure your name is in the e-transfer message. Deposits must be sent within 1 hour of booking or the appointment will not be accepted.
If you are going to be late, please let us know with a time as soon as possible.
Late appointments are subject to be canceled.
15 mins late with no notice will be automatically cancelled.
We kindly request that you let us know if you need to reschedule/cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment or your
deposit will be lost.
One reschedule per appointment. Must be done within 4 weeks otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
NO SHOWS WILL BE BLACKLISTED.
FILL VS FULL SET
Fill / Gel Overlay:

Maintains and refreshes existing nails

Full Set (Sculpted Gel Extensions):

A brand-new set of sculpted gel extensions, built from scratch to the desired length and shape
NAIL ART EXPECTATIONS

Photos or inspiration help guide the design, but each set is customized to the shape, size, and health of the nails.

Very intricate or highly detailed art may require extra time or multiple sessions.

Glow, cat-eye, character, or 3D designs are created with precision, but results may vary slightly based on nail size and natural growth.

Simple or elegant designs are always polished and professional, while bold art allows for creativity and individuality.
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
Footwear: For winter / rainy day appointments, clean slides are provided. You are welcome to bring slippers or indoor shoes.
Nail Inspiration: Bring any designs or ideas you’d like to try — photos, screenshots, or saved images.
